Andres' campaign calls for rent control, universal healthcare and the elimination of student debt. In addition, he is a staunch supporter of the Abolish ICE and BDS movements. He proposes cutting the military budget and raising taxes on billionaires to pay for social spending.

Andres is a member of the Latinx Caucus and a bilingual tenant union organizer. His campaign calls for abolishing ICE, advancing immigration reform, and addressing economic pressure through rent control, universal healthcare, and the elimination of student debt.
On foreign policy, Andres opposes interventions and sanctions tied to destabilization in the Americas. He supports a cooperative, multilateral economic plan focused on green energy development and shared regional investment.
